Ellis Realty and The Business Exch. complete sale of Braintree Lumber

Braintree, MA Ellis Realty Advisors completed the recent sale of 110 Hancock St. David Ellis and Adam Bauer represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction. The sale price was not disclosed.

Braintree Lumber has been in continuous operation at 110 Hancock St., providing quality products and service to eastern Massachusetts since 1920.

Bauer, of The Business Exchange, arranged the sale of Braintree Lumber Co. Inc. to Timberline Enterprises LLC. The acquisition of the 30-year-old company will expand Timberline’s footprint and give them a strategic position on the South Shore. 

Provident Bank and Granite State Development arranged financing for the sale.
