BR+A Consulting Engineers hires McGillicuddy as director of business development in Boston

Boston, MA According to BR+A Consulting Engineers, Sarah McGillicuddy has joined the firm as director of business development. With over 15 years of business development experience in the A/E/C industry developing strategies, tools, and tactics to expand businesses, she will be responsible for developing new business, fostering client relationships, and growing BR+A’s national presence. 

“Sarah’s industry knowledge, relationships/connections, and creativity will serve BR+A well as we continue to grow. We are excited to have her on the team,” said Allan Ames, president of BR+A. 

“I am elated to be part of such a world class organization and am eager to build upon BR+A’s tremendous reputation for engineering excellence.” said McGillicuddy. “Our successful work for some of the nation’s premier institutions from academic medical centers, proton therapy centers, life sciences, to higher education is what sets BR+A apart.” 

McGillicuddy is active within the A/E/C industry, currently serving as co-chair of the CoreNet Awards Committee; a founding board member and vice president of Professional Women in Construction’s (PWC) Boston Chapter; as well as chair of IFMA Boston. McGillicuddy is a recipient of SMPS Boston’s 2018 Marketing and Business Development Professional of the Year award, and most recently recognized by Engineering News Record (ENR) New England as one of 2019’s top young professionals.
