Braintree, MA David Ellis, president of Ellis Realty Advisors and Adam Bauer, president of The Business Exchange, have formed a strategic partnership of their respective companies. The two firms have partnered up to expand their service lines serving Norfolk, Plymouth, Barnstable, Suffolk and Bristol Counties. Ellis Realty Advisors further expands their service lines by now offering business brokerage, M&A and valuation services through The Business Exchange. The Business Exchange will offer commercial real estate advisory for their clients through Ellis Realty Advisors. The two plan to announce their new office location this summer.
