Essex Builders promotes DeChiara to senior vice president/chief operating officer
Canton, MA Essex Builders Corp. announced that Dominic DeChiara has been promoted to senior vice president and chief operating officer.
In this role, DeChiara will provide leadership, management, and vision to ensure the company delivers exceptional operational outcomes to meet growth and service objectives. He will collaborate closely with Michelle O’Neil, president of Essex Builders.
“Dom brings thoughtful, principled leadership qualities to this role,” said David O’Neil, founding principal. “Dom’s strong leadership has been fundamental to Essex’s operations both in the office and on project sites.
Before joining Essex, Chiara worked at Dellbrook | JKS as a project manager.
