Woburn, MA CBRE has arranged the sale of a 66,225 s/f industrial property located at 225 Wildwood Ave. San Francisco-based Berkeley Partners acquired the asset for $18 million.

The CBRE team of Scott Dragos, Chris Skeffington, Doug Jacoby, Anthony Hayes, Roy Sandeman, Tim Mulhall, and Dan Hines spearheaded the marketing campaign and arranged the sale on behalf of the seller, GFI Partners.
