In November we held an "Roundtable" program for project managers, and it was so successful we're doing it again - this time, for company owners and managers. At these informal programs, there is no presentation, it is just members sitting around a table, discussing the business issues that challenge them most on a day to day basis, and how best to deal with them. Whether the subject is contract terms, payment issues, backlog, scheduling, HR challenges, or workforce problems - sometimes the best solutions come from fellow professionals, who are the real "experts."
