Exterior Designs and Metro Walls install Stealth panels on Holiday Inn roof

Holiday Inn recently renovated their entire building to bring it up to current Holiday Inn requirements. Exterior Designs, Inc. (EDI) and Metro Walls, Inc. completed the exterior wall improvements including raising parapet walls and adding detailed (EIFS) cornice work around almost all perimeter walls on the building. The new look is an exceptional improvement to the overall exterior appearance. One area that became an obstacle during construction was the roof area that held several cell towers. The original plan was to raise the parapet walls and add new cornice as the rest of the building. Unfortunately, due to the type of material used in the wall construction for this type of project, it was certain to cause cell phone interference. After searching for an appropriate solution to this problem it was decided that Stealth panels would be utilized to complete the design. Stealth panels are completely constructed with fiberglass components which do not interfere with cell phone reception and can be molded to create the same look. EDI performed the panel installation. A crane was needed to hoist the panels in place during construction. EDI also did the cultured stone and STO's Lotusan coating over the existing walls.
