Eysenbach of R.W. Holmes brokers $3m sale for Consigli Trust
According to R.W. Holmes the sale of 150 Hopping Brook Rd. has been completed. With the addition of a new long term lease with a national credit tenant, Agie Charmilles, a swiss manufacturing company, the building has been sold to a local investor for $3 million.
The 106,250 s/f building is currently 75% leased with 7,500 s/f available for an office, R&D tenant. The building was built in 2001 by Consigli Construction of Milford.
