Westwood, MA Mike Fahy of R.W Holmes Realty completed the sale of 34-36 Southwest Park, a 10,800 s/f office building for $2.2 million, where he represented the buyer, Gate House Ventures, and Neil Schneider of McCall & Almy represented the seller. The building is located within two minutes of I-95 and will be converted to industrial use.
