Fellah of HK Group finalizes $1.525 million sale

New Canaan, CT Franco Fellah, executive vice president of HK Group, has finalized the sale of the property at 23 Vitti St. for $1.525 million.
The property includes two buildings, one at 5,550 s/f and the other at 2,100 s/f, sitting on 0.55 acres zoned Business B Zone (Village District) with about 121’ of frontage on Vitti St. The buildings were both vacant at the time of the sale.
The seller was 23 Vitti Street Limited Partnership. The buyer is Cambridge Hanover, Inc., a local developer. The developer has not announced plans for the property yet.
Fellah represented the seller, while Sean Cahill of Avison Young Norwalk represented the buyer.
Attorney Max Case of Jacobi & Case, P.C. Milford represented the seller, attorney Charles Land of Kaufman & Canoles, P.C. Norfolk, VA represented the buyer.
