Monroe, CT Stephen Hodson of Hodson Realty, Inc’s commercial division negotiated the sale of a 1-acre parcel on Monroe Tpke. a.k.a. Route 111. The seller was Monroe Investments, LLC. The property was purchased for $585,000 as a commercial development site.
Hodson represented both the seller and buyer in this transaction.
In another transaction, Ted Hoyt concluded a 5-year lease for 4,087 s/f warehouse space on Hathaway Dr. in the Lordship Blvd. area of Stratford to Safer Lawn, Inc. Hoyt represented the landlord in this transaction. David Gorbach of Colonial Realty represented the tenant.
