Fellah of HK Group sells 1300 Post Road East for $4.11 million
Franco Fellah, executive vice president at HK Group, finalized the sale of 1300 Post Rd. East.
Fellah represented the buyer, 1300 PRE TRUST, LLC, while Tommy Febbraio and Vince Byrne of Coldwell Banker Commercial, Fairfield, represented the seller 1300 Post Road Associates, Limited Partnership.
The price was $4.11 million.
The property includes two office and retail buildings totaling 10,954 s/f, and it is situated on a 1.09 acres lot zoned GBD - General Business District.
While the buyer has not disclosed yet what he intends to do with the property, this transaction confirms the continuing strength of the Westport commercial property market and the interest of developers and investors throughout the region to invest in Westport real estate.
