Press/Cuozzo leases 2,400 s/f to Liberty Bank
Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services signed a lease for a new Liberty Bank branch at 2518 Whitney Ave., a new mixed-use development, according to Stephen Press, SIOR.
The Liberty Bank space of 2,400 s/f plus drive through will be opening soon.
Press represents the building ownership as exclusive listing broker and Michael Barr of MNBarr Commercial Real Estate represented Liberty Bank.
