Fine of Fine Properties represents Chevalier Family in sale of 90,000 s/f property
Jane Fine, president of Fine Properties Inc., represented the Chevalier Family in the sale of their furniture building at 48 Water St. to Winn Development of Boston.
The 90,000 s/f building located in the city's Canal District sold for $1.375 million. The sale was delayed while Winn Development obtained the necessary permits for the renovation of this historical building.
Adam Bailey of Next Level Realty represented Winn Development.
