Flaherty and Hansen of M&G rep. WMR BioMedical in 27,311 s/f lease

Joe Flaherty and Tucker Hansen of Meredith & Grew (M&G) recently represented WMR BioMedical, Inc., a developer of medical devices for cardiology and ophthalmology markets, in a 27,311 s/f lease for its headquarters at 480 Arsenal St. The landlord, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, was represented by Curtis Cole of CB Richard Ellis/New England. Specifics of the lease transaction were not disclosed. 480 Arsenal St. is a two-story, 145,000 s/f building that features biotech lab space. The property is located less than five miles from I-90, the Massachusetts Tke., and is situated close to the Arsenal Mall.
