Fleisher of NAI Norwood Group sells 17,310 s/f in Dover for $970,000

Dover, NH NAI Norwood Group completed the sale of 17,310 s/f of industrial space located at 29 Industrial Park Dr. for $970,000. Andy Fleisher, NAI Norwood Group, represented the buyer and Thomas Toye and Paula Igoe of Arthur Thomas Properties represented the seller in the transaction.

The buyer, R & R Bernstein Holding LLC, relocated their business, Northeast Cutting Die, from 865 Islington St., Portsmouth.  

Eric Beauregard of Bangor Savings Bank, with Dennis McCann of Strafford Economic Development Corp. handled the financing for the buyer.  

Russ Bernstein is the owner of the Dover building and of Northeast Cutting Die.
