Flynn Const. and TFMoran break ground on 13,200 s/f Uni-cast addition

Londonderry, NH After nearly 10 months the town approved permit for construction of two additions totaling 13,200 s/f for expansion of manufacturing operations for Uni-cast, Inc. at 11 Industrial Dr.

TFMoran Civil Engineers and Team Engineering Building Design are responsible for the site and building permit approvals. Flynn Construction Corp. is the general contractor for the masonry/steel additions.

There was a groundbreaking ceremony on June 24th. Uni-cast, Inc. is a leader in the manufacturing of sophisticated castings for the defense and aerospace industries.
