Former RI mayor Cianci joins The 903 and assists project manager

Former mayor Vincent "Buddy" Cianci, Jr., welcomed over 75 real estate professionals and other guests to the Great Room of The 903 Residences on Saturday, Oct. 6th. Cianci has been working at The 903 as assistant to project manager Fred Vincent in marketing and various planning activities. Cianci told the group, "I fell in love with The 903 the day I arrived back in Providence. After looking at several other condominium projects in the area, I decided that I would make it my home. The amenities, including the pool, fitness room, private movie theater and gated parking made it the only logical choice. I'm very pleased to be here." Cianci emphasized the bright future of the Promenade neighborhood, citing the plans for the Woonasquatucket River and the Farmer's Market. He talked of being close to the Providence Place Mall, Federal Hill and the downtown core, allowing him to shop for books, visit his favorite restaurants, and enjoy the city again. He noted that it's like an oasis in the city; close enough to be handy to everything, but far enough away to offer peace and quiet in the evening. The reception was attended by Harry Dubin of Athena Properties of New York City and former mayor Joseph Paolino, Jr. Athena and Paolino are developers of The 903. In addition to the real estate professionals, several current condo customers attended. The group toured the five furnished model units before heading to the nearby WaterFire activities. They were enthusiastic in their comments on The 903. The 330-unit condominium complex caters to young professionals, empty nesters and first-time homebuyers. It features a resort-style pool, private fitness center, in-house movie theater, concierge services and gated, private parking.
