Founder of NEREJ, Hopkins, to be guest on Tom Hill Show - May 30th

The number one radio talk show in Central Connecticut is the Tom Hill Show, heard weekday mornings on 1320-AM WATR. Tom, a regular advertiser and editorial contributor to the New England Real Estate Journal for almost three decades is not only a respected radio personality but also one of the most knowledgeable commercial/investment real estate brokers in the state of Conn. On Friday, May 30th, one of Tom's special guests will be Rolly Hopkins, the founder of the New England Real Estate Journal, the largest commercial/investment real estate newspaper in the country. Rolly has recently published a book,"THE ALPHABET TO SUCCESSFULLY SELLING YOURSELF AND IDEAS." The book describes how he reinvented himself from a "Poor Me" victim into a successful newspaper publisher. "Once I discovered the formula it was as easy as my ABCs" he said. Rolly had worked in several fields of endeavor before launching the New England Real Estate Journal with a borrowed $10,000 from a Trinity College roommate. "After ignorantly fumbling around for a year and finding myself one week from bankruptcy," Rolly confesses, "I woke up and accepted the fact that I didn't know all the answers, and the only way to learn was to ask questions, then shut up and listen." With that in mind Rolly began knocking on doors and asking questions of successful business people. He would ask them a question, and then shut up and listen. And when they would stop talking, he would ask more questions. For 40+ years Rolly has picked executives brains, and then he put what he learned into an easy to read format. In order to share all that knowledge with everyone who desires to change their lives, take control, stop being a victim and write their own life's script. "Anyone can do it," Rolly insists. "I guarantee that the reader will experience safe, positive results that will lead to better mental health, stronger relationships and could ultimately double your income if you are in business." Survey's have shown that at least 90% of the population fall into the category of "Poor Me' victims. Everything bad that happens to them is someone else's fault. And common sense tells us that if it is someone else's fault, we simply can't fix it. Rolly's book teaches you how to take control of your own life, fix all the negatives and go forward as your own leader.
