Truth Productions, LLC has committed to a short-term lease of 13,000 s/f at the historic Boott Cotton Mills; located at 116 John St. Grubb & Ellis represented both tenant and landlord in the lease; Compass Realty.
The Boott Cotton Mills space will serve as the Truth Productions production office for their upcoming film, This Side of the Truth; directed by Ricky Gervais. The movie stars Jennifer Garner, Rob Lowe and Tina Fey.
"The Boott Cotton Mills gets the spotlight as Lowell gets a slice of Hollywood! Its fun when my job allows me to work with different clientele such as Truth Productions," said Ben Roberts, associate of G&E.
