Franke of Advisra brokers $767,500 sale of 17,950 s/f industrial building

Hamden, CT Advisra’s Tina Franke sold 9 Hamden Park Dr., a 17,950 s/f industrial building on 2.14 acres in the Hamden Business Park. The transaction closed December 3, for $767,500. 

The masonry and metal building was built in 1990 and contains 15,450 s/f of warehouse/shop space and 2,500 s/f of mezzanine level office space. There are five drive-in doors, a loading dock, wet sprinklers and a 20-foot clear warehouse height. The site can accommodate parking for 40 cars. 

Franke represented the interests of the seller, The Revocable Trust of Raffaella Cannatelli and Al Monbaron of Century 21 Allpoints Realty represented the buyer, SMS Industries, Inc., a metal roofing and building materials contractor. The property was the former site of Yankee Aluminum.
