Fraser of O’Brien Commercial Properties brokers $2.34 million sale
Billerica, MA Sean Fraser, associate at O’Brien Commercial Properties, represented Shri Nilkanth, LLC in the sale of 43 Manning Rd. for $2.34 million.
43 Manning Rd. was purchased by Genosco Inc., who will be owner occupying the building. The buyer was represented by Joseph Pearce, director of Newmark Knight Frank.
