Natick MA Douglas Marr of Keliher Real Estate Boston has sold 187-191 Worcester Rd. for $825,000. The commercial property consists of two self standing retail buildings, each containing 3,000 s/f. One building contains a Subway restaurant and the second building contains Wicked Chronic. Marr represented the buyer, Al H. LLC, while the seller was represented by Jim Conviser of Conviser Commercial Group.
