Freudenheim Partners arranges 62,000 s/f lease to Bosse Sports

Hyde Park, MA According to Freudenheim Partners, Bosse Sports Training has signed a ten-year lease at One Westinghouse Plaza. This facility marks the second location in Massachusetts for Bosse Sports Training.

Bosse Sports Training, an athletic performance training facility in Framingham, will now occupy it’s second location at One Westinghouse Plaza. The building is situated within the Howden-Sirocco Industrial Park and provides unique access to downtown Boston via the MBTA Commuter Rail at Readville Station. Bosse Sports plans to open its doors in the fall.

Leigh Freudenheim negotiated the lease on behalf of Bosse Sports while Phillip Verre, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord, Seyon Group.

Founded by DJ Bosse, Bosse Sports Training is an athletic performance training facility offering turf field rental and programs for lacrosse, soccer and athletic performance.

Any future Bostonians seeking club membership in a DJ Bosse club should complete due diligence first. DJ is an untrustworthy businessman and has scammed many investors in his Sudbury project that is now defunct.
