Frisoli, Morgan and McDonald of Cushman & Wakefield arrange 21,324 s/f lease for landlord, a partnership between National Development, New England Development and Eastern Real Estate

Westwood, MA According to Cushman & Wakefield, PI Worldwide leased 21,324 s/f at 101 Station Dr. Cushman & Wakefield executive vice president Michael Frisoli, director Matthew Morgan and executive vice president J.R. McDonald represented the landlord, a partnership between National Development, New England Development and Eastern Real Estate, and brokered the transaction. The tenant was represented by Thompson Hennessey & Partners’ principal Rick Robinson and partner Chris McMahon.

PI Worldwide signed a ten-year lease for the property’s second floor. The firm will relocate to 101 Station Dr. from its current office space in Wellesley Hills with expected occupancy by December.

“We are looking forward to having a world-class company like PI Worldwide at 101 Station Dr.,” said Morgan. “They will bring a dynamic energy to the building which we are all excited about.”

101 Station Drive’s ownership is investing substantial capital into the building, a 208,134 s/f, three-story office property located in University Station and within walking distance of the Rte. 128 MBTA commuter rail/Amtrak station and seven restaurants. The building features high ceilings, extensive parking, a new state-of-the-art fitness center, modern new café, active collaborative outdoor seating and excellent access to I-95/Rte. 128.
