NAI Hunneman hires Nicoletti as executive vice president of leasing and advisory service team

Boston, MA According to NAI Hunneman, Jim Nicoletti has joined the company’s leasing and advisory service team as executive vice president, focusing on landlord and tenant representation in the Central Rte. 128/Cambridge corridor. Nicoletti brings over 30 years of commercial real estate experience to his position at NAI Hunneman.

“Jim’s track record and reputation of high ethical standards, consistent successful industry results, integrity, real estate expertise, and civic and charitable involvement make him a terrific add and match to what we are building here at NAI Hunneman,” said president and CEO David Slye. “He brings with him the expertise and experience of years of success in our business, and the enthusiasm and drive of a young professional breaking into brokerage.”

Nicoletti joins NAI Hunneman from Boston College High School where he recently served as director of admissions. Prior to his time at BC High, he was an executive vice president/partner with CBRE (and Insignia/ESG) where he leased or sold more than 25 million s/f of commercial real estate in more than 600 individual transactions. Nicoletti is a past winner of the “Insignia/ESG National Industrial Broker of the Year” and in 2004 was named “Commercial Broker of the Year” by the Greater Boston Real Estate Board/CBA. Nicoletti has also served as past president of both The Commercial Brokers’ Association (CBA) and the New England Chapter of The Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR).
