Frodigh of John M. Corcoran & Company to be Installed as ARM during IREM Boston Event

Quincy, MA Emma Frodigh will be installed as an ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) of the Institute of Real Estate Management during the May 21st IREM Boston Annual Wine Dinner, Installation of New Members and Networking Event at Granite Links Ballroom.

Frodigh is the property manager at The Residences On Broadway in South Boston, a John M. Corcoran & Company community. 

The ARM residential property management certification teaches early-career real estate managers the core competencies to manage residential properties. 

As such the ARM designation is widely recognized in the residential property management industry with recipients noted for demonstrating excellence in residential property management.

“It’s a pleasure to announce Emma’s achievement,” said Anthony Susi, 2025 president of IREM Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 and director of property management for The Simon Companies. “ARM certification is highly valued within the property management industry, and attaining its designation is a professional milestone.”
