Galvin of H. Pearce Commercial leases 2,450 s/f to University of New Haven
According to H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate, Joel Galvin, GRI, CCS has leased an additional 2,450 s/f of office space to the University of New Haven at 600 Saw Mill Rd. Galvin previoiusly leased 10,000 s/f to UNH in the same building. Galvin represented the landlord and Robert Adnopoz of Colliers Dow and Condon represented UNH.
