Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz sells 21,000 s/f buildings for $1.2 million

Marty Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz brokered the sale of 121 Quinnipiac Ave., the former headquarters of the Victor A. Nutile Bus Company which transported North Haven students to and from schools for over 50 years. The property is approximately five acres with a main terminal of 18,500 s/f and an auxiliary building of 2,500 s/f. Ruff represented the seller and Lynn Lehrman of Genovali Realty, Inc. represented the buyer, Horse Hill Realty, LLC. Levey Miller Maretz, LLC specializes in the sale and leasing of retail, office and industrial properties, and the sale of investment properties and business opportunities.
