Gardner of DMG Brokerage completes 2,200 s/f lease and $765,000 sale

 201 Revere Street - Canton, MA

Westwood, MA Dan Gardner of DMG Brokerage has leased 2,200 s/f to Development Pediatrics of Greater Boston located on the 2nd floor of 100 High St. for three years starting in September. Gardner represented the landlord and tenant.  The building is 7,400 s/f.

Also, Gardner completed the $765,000 sale of 201 Revere St. in Canton. This property is a 5,028 s/f mixed-use office stand alone with two residential apartments. The building sold in October. Gardner represented the owner, Ann and Skip Pfeffer. The buyer, Arc One Development was represented by Karen Henry of Jack Conway.
