Gaucher of O,R&L Commercial leases 4,186 s/f for Destiny Properties LLC

Bob Gaucher, CCIM, SIOR of O,R&L Commercial, LLC recently represented the landlord, Destiny Properties, LLC, in leasing 4,186 s/f of first floor office space to Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Association, Inc. Jennifer Gosselin and David Barnes of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant. The Alzheimer's Association is a primary source of information and support to Connecticut residents dealing with the effects of Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia. Their move to Rocky Hill from their previous Berlin location will provide them with a more visible and accessible location for their members, volunteers and staff.
