Yates and Larkin join CBRE Capital Markets Group
According to CB Richard Ellis Group (CBRE), Gerry Yates and Susan Larkin have joined CBRE Capital Markets in the Hartford office. They will be a part of the Debt & Equity Finance team directed by northeast regional leader, Michael Riccio. Both were recently long time senior-level executives at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler in Hartford.
Yates, who will join as senior vice president, spent 15 years as one of the top producers at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler.
Larkin will join as vice president, and comes to CBRE Capital Markets from Simon Konover Development Corp. where she was vice president overseeing acquisitions and development projects. Prior to that she spent seven years as director at HFF in Hartford
