Greater Boston Commercial Properties broker two sales - handled by Gatti, O'Brien and Papazian

33 Nagog Park - Acton, MA

Acton, MA Benjamin Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties recently represented the seller, Aditas, LLC, in the sale of 33 Nagog Park, a 24,532 s/f office building. Gatti procured the buyer through an aggressive marketing approach, resulting in multiple bids. The buyer, Frances Health Services, an at home health care transportation provider, plans to occupy roughly half the building while collecting rental income from the long-term lease with the Microbiology lab tenant occupying two floors.

In addition, Bret O’Brien and Nishan Papazian of Greater Boston Commercial Properties Inc. sold 71 Fisher St. in Westborough, Mass., as an investment property. This sale represents a sale price of over $167.00 per s/f. Greater Boston Commercial Properties was the sole broker of record in this transaction.
