GDG confirms retailers at The Shoppes at Latham Circle

Colonie, NY Grossman Development Group (GDG) has confirmed three retailers to be part of the redevelopment of The Shopppes at Latham Circle.

Bob’s Discount Furniture, Burlington Coat and Noodles and Company will join Lowe’s and a new Walmart Supercenter, which opened July 15th.  Burlington Coat will occupy a 55,000 s/f space, the next to largest after Walmart.

“We are thrilled to be bringing these businesses to The Shoppes at Latham Circle,” said Grossman Development Group president Howard Grossman. “Our intent is to design a more aesthetically pleasing shopping experience that will breathe new life into this site.”

The 500,000 s/f project is the former Latham Circle Mall, and its construction will include more new retailers and restaurants, with additional tenant announcements expected in the upcoming months. GDG serves as the development consultant/agent for the project, representing Realty Financial Partners.

Springfield, MA Michael Bradley of Horvath & Tremblay has arranged the sale of the Belmont Portfolio, a six property, 78 unit multi-family portfolio. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9.5 million.
