Lombardo of Pearce Commercial negotiates 900 s/f lease in Essex

Essex, CT According to Barbara Pearce, CEO and president of Pearce Real Estate, Richard Lombardo, CEM, associate commercial broker in the company’s Milford office, has negotiated a  900 s/f lease at 14 Plains Rd. Lombardo represented both the lessor and the lessee, Lynn Perkins,  whose business, Essex Timeless Décor, specializing in antique furniture, repair and refinishing, will occupy the space.

Lombardo, a broker for more than 25 years, formerly had a 35 year career at the UIL Corporation, specializing in marketing and sales and implementing utility management programs to commercial and industrial customers. He assisted design professionals and customers in evaluation of energy efficient options and alternatives pertaining to new construction, renovation, HVAC equipment, and industrial process improvement, all relating to energy savings. 

He has a bachelor of science Engineering degree from the University of New Haven (UNH), is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Lighting Efficiency Professional (CLEP) and a Certified Carbon Reduction Manager (CRM). Lombardo is a past board member of the Milford Chamber of Commerce, a past president of the Devon Rotary and a member of The Greater New Haven Association of Realtors Commercial Industrial Division (GNHAR-CID).
