Old Saybrook, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors made known that Kevin Geenty and Kristin Geenty, SIOR represented landlord Mill Meadow Development in the lease of 9,413 s/f of office space at 20 Research Pkwy. in a five-year lease. Scott Nardozi of Cavanaugh & Co. represented the tenant, All 4 Promos, Inc.

All 4 Promos was founded in Connecticut in 2005 and has been based in Essex since its inception. The company specializes in promotional products, offering more than 15,000 items to clients.

In 2022, the founders retired and sold the business to Hadley Capital, which is expanding the company’s operations and product offerings. The move to town represents an expansion for All 4 Promos as it continues to grow under new ownership.

Mill Meadow Development operates eight buildings in the Old Saybrook Business Park, a 250,000 s/f suburban “flex” park. All 4 Promos joins Natchaug Hospital, Bright and Early Daycare, Infiltrator Water Systems, Iron House gym, and many other businesses in the park.
