Ayer, MA O’Brien Commercial Properties executed the sale of 6 Willow Rd. The 67,500 s/f industrial facility was acquired by DH Property Holdings for a purchase price of $6.55 million.

Located in the town’s industrial corridor, 6 Willow Rd. has connectivity to highways, including Rte. 2 and I-495. The property features a flexible layout designed to accommodate a wide range of industrial users, making it an attractive acquisition in today’s competitive warehouse and distribution market.

The facility is on a 5.9 acre parcel that provides parking and loading capabilities, including 10 dock doors and clear height, enhancing its functionality for warehousing and logistics operations. With its regional location and well-maintained infrastructure, the asset represents a value acquisition for DH Property Holdings as they continue to expand their New England portfolio.
