Glickman Kovago & Company broker 3,200 s/f lease for New Point Auto and Craig Van Batenburg

Glickman Kovago & Company has brokered a lease agreement between New Point Auto and Craig Van Batenburg owner of 24 Wells St. New Point Auto is expanding their auto body business. Currently New Point Auto is located at 783 West Boylston St. Their new location will be 3,200 s/f. Peter Kovago, principal of Glickman Kovago represented Craig Van Batenburg and Mark Johns of Glickman Kovago represented New Point Auto in the transaction.
