Glickman Kovago & Company broker $600,000 sale to 540 Park Ave, LLC

Glickman Kovago & Company has brokered the sale of the former True Value Hardware Store located at 548 Park Ave. The 9,200 s/f building that sits on 30,939 s/f of land was owned by the Estate of Paul Poirier and sold to 540 Park Ave, LLC for $600,000. David Burwick and Carl Burwick of Glickman Kovago & Company represented both the buyer and the seller in the sale of the property. Glickman Kovago & Co. also brokered a lease at 548 Park Ave. Integral Resources Inc. has leased 4,600 s/f of space from 540 Park Ave, LLC. Integral Resources, Inc. will be operating a call center out of this new location employing 100-150 people. 4,600 s/f of space is still available for lease. David Burwick and Carl Burwick represented the lessor, 540 Park Ave, LLC and the lessee, Integral Resources Inc. was represented by Austin Smith of Newmark Knight Frank. In another transaction, Glickman Kovago & Co. brokered a land purchase in Winchendon between CVS of Woonsocket, R.I. and three property owners; Mathieu Ford Sales, Inc., Susan Inferra and Norman & Theresa Sibley. The three parcels totaling 1.7 acres were formerly the Mathieu Ford Dealer and two residential homes. The retail store and pharmacy will be a 13,225 s/f building near Winchendon's center. Construction is set to begin this summer. Michael Jacobs, principal of Glickman Kovago & Co., is the preferred broker for CVS in Worcester County.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
