Glickman Kovago sells 1.8 acre site to CVS pharmacy

CVS Pharmacy has leased the 1.8 acre parcel at 44 West Boylston St. from EJR Real Estate Trust. Construction is slated to begin in the fourth quarter of 2007 and the store should open in spring 2008. CVS Caremark, based in Woonsocket, R.I., is one of the nation's premier pharmacy services provider with over 6,200 locations throughout the country. The transaction was handled by Michael Jacobs and Jim Glickman, both principals of Glickman Kovago & Company.
