Glickman, Ryan and Miner of NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs facilitate $2.9 million sale

Sutton, MA NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs facilitated the sale of 39 Gilmore Dr. for $ 2.9 million. The seller was Ross Real Estate LLC and the buyer was 39 Gilmore TM LLC. NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs principal James Glickman and vice presidents Nolan Ryan and Cody Miner represented the seller.

The property is a trucking terminal with 16,448 s/f with 35 loading docks and sits on 7.26 acres.

Glickman said, “We are happy to have closed on the sale of 39 Gilmore; the location will serve to streamline supply chain operations to meet the dynamic demands of the evolving market. The strategic positioning of the site positions tenants for success, serving as a gateway to major economic hubs within the region.”
