O'Brien Commercial Properties signs seven new tenants for a combined 3,761 s/f of space at 152 Commonwealth Ave. The property is the home of Nashoba Brook Bakery among others. To date, O'Brien Commercial has leased over 10,000 s/f at the property. New tenants include, Storytime Toys, Decision Partners, RA Allen Company, New England Extreme Training, Jeff Rose, Bryan Owen and Marianne Lesco Hubert.
O'Brien Commercial represented the landlord, 152 Commonwealth, Inc. and procured all but one of these tenants. All transactions were completed within sixty days of the prior tenant vacating.
