Gold and Marshall of O,R&L Comm'l. sell Blackstone Apartments for $2.52m
O,R&L Commercial LLC has sold the Blackstone Apartments, 206 Washington St. for $2.52 million.
The property has 59 units and was purchased by Blackstone Apartments, LLC.
Richard Gold and Phil Marshall of O,R&L represented the owner, the Blackstone Apartments Partnership. Steve Pappas of Chozick Realty represented the buyer.
