Golden of Nedde Real Estate leases 1,374 s/f to McFarland Johnson at 620 Hinesburg Road

South Burlington, VT Christine Golden of Nedde Real Estate assisted the landlord, Fleischer & Jacobs Real Estate Holdings, LLP, and Matt Tedder of The Kingsland Company assisted the tenant, McFarland Johnson Inc., in the lease of 1,374 s/f of office space at 620 Hinesburg Rd.
Johnson provides planning, engineering and construction administration services for airport, highway, bridge, buildings, and site/civil projects.
They occupied the space beginning in June.
