Gorjian of Namdar Realty Group acquires 201,425 s/f Webster Plaza
Joel Gorjian of Namdar Realty Group acquired Webster Plaza, a 201,425 s/f center in Worcester County. The center is anchored by Kmart and junior anchors Aubuchon Hardware, and Dollar Tree. The center's tenants are a mix of national and local retailers including Radio Shack, Sally Beauty Supply, and Olympia Sports.
The center also includes a Shaw's grocery with 9 years remaining on their initial lease. "Our current plan is either to back-fill the former Shaw's box with a national retailer or simply to collect coupon payments for the remaining term," said Gorjian.
Wallingford, CT O,R&L Commercial has completed the $3.8 million sale of a mixed-use investment property located at 33-39 North Main St. and 24-25 Wallace Ave. in the town center.
