According to Griffin Land, The Hanover Insurance Group has signed two leases totaling 34,100 s/f at Griffin Land's 5 & 7 Waterside Crossing class A office complex. One lease is for 26,900 s/f (the entire 2nd floor) at 5 Waterside Crossing, and will principally house The Hanover's AIX Group. The other lease, for 7,200 s/f on the 2nd floor at 7 Waterside Crossing, will serve as regional offices for The Hanover. Both operations will be relocating from 2 Waterside Crossing, another building located within GriffinCenter, and not owned or operated by Griffin Land.
