Washington Trust finances $1.725 million acquisition
Washington Trust's commercial real estate group recently provided $1.725 million in commercial mortgage financing to EP Apartments, LLC for the acquisition of 42 units at East Pointe Condominiums, a 64-unit condominium complex.
