Foxborough, MA Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of the Kingswood Apartments, a 15-unit multifamily offering, according to Thomas Shihadeh, regional manager of the firm’s Boston office. The asset sold for $2.3 million.

Senior vice presidents, Evan Griffith and Tony Pepdjonovic, along with associate, Jeremy Buckley, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer.

The Kingswood Apartments are located at 31-37 S. St. in Foxborough Commons sitting on 0.88 acres that had been previously approved for a 46-unit mixed-use development. The buyer plans to extensively renovate the existing apartment buildings and approach the town for a smaller project on the adjacent lots which will add to the ongoing revitalization of the downtown area.

Located about 22 miles southwest of Boston, Foxborough is accessible from I-95 and I-495. The Mansfield commuter rail and Gillette Stadium are within a short drive of the property.
