Griffith and Pepdjonovic of Marcus & Millichap handle $4.595m multifamily sale

Brighton, MA Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of a six-unit multifamily property, for $4.595 million. 

 “This recently renovated multifamily property features modern finishes, including sleek kitchens with stainless steel appliances, luxurious bathrooms, hardwood floors, and in-unit laundry, offering the potential for higher rental income, increased cash flow, and reduced maintenance costs in a high-demand market,” said Tony Pepdjonovic, senior vice president investments. “Located just a five-minute walk from the MBTA Green Line, this multifamily property in Brighton, is ideal for renters, offering a blend of suburban living and easy access to Boston’s vibrant amenities,” said Evan Griffith, senior vice president investments. 

Griffith and Pepdjonovic exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, a private investor. 

The property, located at 14 Mt. Hood Rd., was built in 1910 and renovated in 2022. It includes a mix of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments with in-unit laundry, and off-street parking. 

Just 4.8 miles from downtown Boston, the property provides easy access to public transit, with the Washington St. station only 0.2 miles away, and is near Boston University and Boston College.
