Nickerson of Fieldstone Commercial Properties and Skinner of Prescott secure 100,000 s/f lease

Boxborough, MA Nate Nickerson, president of Fieldstone Commercial Properties and David Skinner, advisor and founding partner of Prescott have completed a significant lease transaction for Crossroads Community Church, which has secured 100,000 s/f of flex space at 60 Codman Hill Rd. The lease arrangement, which represents a pivotal expansion for the church, was facilitated by Fieldstone Commercial Properties and Prescott, who represented the landlord, Concord Property Management.

This expansion supports Crossroads’ growing MetroWest congregation, offering visibility along I-495 and accessible regional reach. Fieldstone and Prescott’s outreach strategy targeted flex, industrial, office, and community centric tenants, attracting Crossroads to this prime location. The flexible space allows the church to create a customized environment for worship services, community investment and events, and enable future growth.
